Ingredients

• 4 GOOD TO GO Raspberry Lemon Snack Bars
• 4 oz. Cream Cheese
• 1/4 cup Butter
• 1tbsp. Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp. Lemon Zest
• 1 tbsp. Honey or Sweetener

Directions

Use GOOD TO GO snack bars as your base. Combine cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey in a bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine well. Use a two tablespoon scoop to scoop filling into prepared molds and gently smooth with the back of a spoon. Prep time 15 minutes. Serves 4 people. Enjoy!
