Ingredients

• 4 GOOD TO GO Cocoa Coconut Snack Bars
• 8 oz. Cream Cheese
• 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
• 1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener
• 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
• 1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions

Simply flatten GOOD TO GO bars for your crust. Then line in a cupcake tin and set in freezer. Blend cream cheese, peanut butter, sweetener, heavy cream, and vanilla. Once blended, remove each crust from tray and fill with filling. Prep time 15 minutes. Serves 4 people. Enjoy!
